Today we’re sharing the recipe for the most popular one — “Spicy Mandarin”. You can only order it from us, but if you want to recreate it at home — here are the instructions.
Ingredients:

Freshly squeezed mandarin juice (100 ml)

Ginger syrup (15 ml)

Soda water (50 ml)

Sprig of rosemary

Crushed ice
How to make it: Fill a glass with crushed ice, pour in the juice and syrup, stir with a bar spoon, top up with soda water. The secret — before serving, gently slap the glass with the rosemary sprig (this releases the essential oils). The aroma is absolutely mind-blowing!
